We buy existing apartment developments including affordable multifamily housing. Our primary focus is to provide quality, affordable housing for working families and seniors throughout the western U.S.

Does your property have any of the following criteria:

  • Great location
  • Older properties (20 years or older)
  • Minimum 75 units
  • Properties that would benefit from a substantial rehabilitation, where the rehabilitation would not necessarily result in a significant return on cost
  • Owned by the current owner for 10 or more years (unless an existing affordable community)
  • HAP contracts
  • Existing FHA or HUD mortgage financing
  • Expiring low-income housing tax credits
  • Conventional properties suitable for conversion to affordable rental housing for low-income households at or below 60% AMI (area median income)
